The passion of the community has been ever growing. The very first Pokémon GO AR photo contest was held by Niantic between October 11 and October 25 to give everyone in the community an opportunity to flex their creative muscles–and you answered the call in a big way.

Niantic has announced an AR Photo contest for Pokemon GO today. The announcement was made on their official Pokemon GO Website PokemongoLive.com 

Here’s what Niantic said,

Starting today, we’re challenging you to snap epic Pokémon GO AR photos and post them on Instagram using the hashtag #PokemonGOcontest. If your AR photo is selected as one of the top 10 submissions, you’ll win a Pokémon GO Prize Pack containing a Pokémon GO Plus, a poster autographed by the Pokémon GO team, and wireless Bluetooth earbuds. You only have until October 25 to submit your best AR photo, so go on an adventure, take a photo, and share it with us on Instagram!

This contest will take place on Instagram, where users can post an AR Photo of their Pokemon Capture. In order to participate in the contest, participants need to use #PokemonGOContest in their captions.

The contest is live as of now and will run until 25th October 2017.

Here are some important rules you need to follow in order to participate in the Contest:

• Eligibility : 

You must be at least the age of Majority in your country.

Places, where Pokemon GO has not been launched officially, cannot participate in the competition. Furthermore, residents from the following countries are also excluded: the Balkans, Belarus, Brazil, Burma, China, Cote D’ivoire (Ivory Coast), Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, North Korea, Pakistan, Quebec, Russia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, or Zimbabwe.

• Contest Period:

Contest is live now and will end on 25th October 2017 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (PT)

• How to Enter :

It is completely free to participate in the competition.

Snap a Pic from the AR mode of your CApture and post it on Instagram using the #Pokemongocontest. You are only allowed to post only 1 Pic for the purpose of entering the contest.

Note:  Photos, where an individual appears in or is identifiable in the photo, will not be considered and will be deemed void.

And Last but not the Least, What’s up for Grabs in this contest??

• Prizes:

Ten Grand Prizes are available with each Grand Prize consisting of a Pokémon Go Prize Pack, including

• (1) Pokémon GO Plus
• (1) poster autographed by Niantic team
• (1) pair of wireless earbuds.
