Didn’t we saw the promo code section in Pokemon Go a few months back, now it is getting implemented by Niantic.

A Reddit thread has popped up recently showing a e-mail sent out by Niantic ([email protected]) to few lucky Pokémon GO player.

The E-mail starts with Happy Holiday, and summary of recently happened and the new Items available in Pokemon GO.

The player is then given a promo code that can be redeemed for two Super Incubators and one Premium Raid Pass, valid for the next three days before it expires.

Then the Mail mentions the summary of the Dynamic Weather Update and Hoenn Region Pokemon in the Game.

The Reddit Author also mentioned:

This is not my main account, it’s an account I’ve made to shove gym shovers last year, and I’ve never used it regularly, so you could look at it either way. I do use it occasionally now to see who’s in a lobby, or to encourage people to get in.

We haven’t received any report from any of the active players in our community to receive such emails.

We think that it’s oriented business decision and Niantic is attracting Inactive players by offering them the taste of New items and summary of a recent update. But it is still not confirmed so we can suggest you to just check your Email and see if you have received the Email or not.

Breakdown

The Special box is the cheapest option if you are looking only for Super Incubators, the Price per unit is 160 PokeCoins. You get 3 Super incubators (9 use).

The Great Box is the most preferred option aways if you want more than Super Incubators, you get 4 Lucky Eggs in Great Box but you pay a lot more for Super Incubators (And it is the most expensive option for Super Incubator)

The Ultra Box is the premium option, it contains a lot of Lucky Eggs, Lure Modules, and Super Incubators and providing a saving of 30.8%, the cost per unit of Super Incubator is middle between Special and Great Box, so if you are looking for Great Box, we suggest you increase your budget and go for the Ultra Box.

If you Looking for only Super Incubators than Special Box is for you.

it’s finally here — the Super Incubator has been added to the GAME_MASTER configuration file, leaking almost fully ahead of the Equinox event. We still don’t know the exact price of the item, but we know the following:

• it will be available in event sale boxes
• it applies a 0.6666667 distance multiplier, resulting in 1.5x faster hatching
• it breaks after 3 usages, not after one, different from what the earlier translation files
