Leak: Three New Lure Modules, Evolution Methods and Raid Week 2019 Found

Hope you all are enjoying the Detective Pikachu event with all different encounters and research tasks because we have something to share with you all about some upcoming items, evolution and a new event!

Here’s the summary of what he found!

• New Lure Modules

All the following updates are currently not live from the server side, it’s just the Data mine information.

New Lure Modules

Data Miner ZeChrales found three new Lure modules and Description in the code, these are some special lure modules which will increase the spawns of Specific Pokemon type, they also include potential evolution trigger. 

The Three Lure Modules found are:

1. Glacial Lure Module
2. Mossy Lure Module
3. Magnetic Lure Module

Each Lure module increases the spawn of some specific Pokemon type.

Potential Evolutions are just speculations, Niantic has still not released a note on potential evolutions.

Glacial Lure Module

A frosty Lure Module that attracts Pokémon for 30 minutes-especially ones that love the cold. It can also cause some Pokémon to evolve.

Potential Evolution:

Stand near the Glacial Lure Pokestop to evolve Eevee to Glaceon

Glaceon

Mossy Lure Module

A natural Lure Module that attracts Pokémon for 30 minutes-especially ones that love mossy scents. It can also cause some Pokémon to evolve.

Potential Evolution:

Stand near the Mossy Lure Pokestop to evolve Eevee to Leafeon

Leafeon

Magnetic Lure Module

An electronic Lure Module that attracts Pokémon for 30 minutes-especially ones that possess a magnetic field. It can also cause some Pokémon to evolve.

Potential Evolution:

Stand near the Magnetic Lure Pokestop to evolve Magneton to Magnezone

Magnezone

New Event Text

A New Event titled “Raid Week 2019” has been found in the codebase.

New Event Quests

Three new raid-themed quest text has been found, these quests will be potentially released during the Raid Week 2019 Event.
