Raikou takes Super Effective damage from GROUND Type moves, due to its Pure Electric type.
The best Pokemon to fight Raikou is Rhydon with Mud-Slap/Earthquake moveset.
Unlike Zapdos, Raikou doesn’t have the second type to make Raid battles complicated, just hit Quake.
We Would highly recommend using the golden razz as the base catch rate is 2% (With Golden razz, catch rate is 5% + etc bonuses such as curveball)
