Suicune Raid Counters

Zapdos

Charge Beam Thunderbolt
Zap Cannon

Mewtwo

Confusion Psychic

Dragonite

Dragon Tail Outrage

Venusaur

Vine Whip Solar Beam

Exeggutor

Confusion Solar Beam

Jolteon

Thunder Shock Thunderbolt

Suicune takes Super Effective damage from ELECTRIC Type moves, due to its Pure WATER type.

The best Pokemon to fight Entei is Zapdos (Which you might have caught).

Supreme Counters
The overall best counter in most situations. Almost always top in DPS and very high in survivability.
  • Zapdos
Good Counters
The next best in case you don’t have enough Supreme.
  • Mewtwo
  • Dragonite
  • Venusaur
  • Exeggutor
Glass Counters

Will often have more DPS than Good with significantly less survivability. Usually has less DPS than Supreme.

  • Jolteon

Unlike Articuno, Suicune doesn’t have the second type to make Raid battles complicated, Suicune is effectively a better Vaporean, has access to a multitude of strong moves and shouldn’t be avoided.

Catching Suicune

We Would highly recommend using the golden razz as the base catch rate is 2% (With Golden razz, catch rate is 5% + etc bonuses such as curveball)

Movesets

Best Movesets
Snarl (Quick Move) Hydro Pump (Charged Move)
