Trainers, GO Fest 2020 will be starting on 25th July and Niantic have already started preparing for it.

New texts and assets have found suggesting Legendary Birds encounter from Team GO Rocket Leaders, Shadow Mewtwo debut, New Costume Pokemon, New Event Stickers and much more during GO Fest 2020.

Team GO Rocket Special Encounter

Start collecting Rocket Radar before the GO Fest 2020, New text dialogue have been found saying Team GO Rocket leaders have captured some Flying-type Legendary Poke on and turned them in Shadow Pokemon!

We can expect the 3 Legendary birds Articuno, Zapos and Moltres from the Team GO Rocket Leaders!

Shadow Mewtwo

It appears that Giovanni have captured Mewtwo and turned it into Shadow Mewtwo and you will get the chance to rescue the Pokemon at GO Fest 2020.

New texts for Raid Stardust and XP from Todays view section has been found suggesting some different Stardust and XP during GO Fest.
