List of Regional Exclusive Gen 4

Chatot – Only reports from the southern hemisphere? Brazil, Australia, Uruguay, Argentina, South Africa, Chile, Zambia, Paraguay, New Zealand, Indonesia

Pachirisu – Arctic regional? Saskatchewan, Edmonton, British Colombia, Labrador, Alaska, Yekaterinburg Russia – 52 degrees N seems to be the lower limit, and this is the upper limit of Tauros

Carnivine – Only reports from Southeast US and Bahamas – Alabama, North/South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Bahamas – Upper limit appears to be the North Carolina/Virginia border and Kentucky/Tennessee border. Nothing reported west of Alabama.
