In the recent tweet from Pokemon GO, it has been confirmed that the Special Squirtle with sunglasses will be available as a quest reward during the 8th July Squirtle community day! (We had already mentioned the same in our recent speculation a few days ago)
But the next comes in, can this Squirtle be shiny?

We had already guessed the exclusive move way back when Squirtle community day was announced, the recent tweet confirms Hydro Cannon as the exclusive charge move for Blastoise, obtainable only when you evolve a Squirtle during the 3-hour window of your Community Day.
